I support people to connect deeply to themselves and to life, through 1-2-1 coaching and group programmes that focus on Sex, Intimacy and Relating. Yes, that's right, I help modern, busy humans, slow down, discover how to love themselves, listen to their intuition, feel more fully and uncover what makes them come alive.

Natalie has been committed to the path of human development & spiritual exploration for the past 10 years. She has immersed herself in tantric practices, meditation techniques, embodiment & dance therapies, shamanic initiations, and is a qualified Yoga Teacher, trauma informed Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, and is currently studying Psychosexual Somatic Therapy (PST). Natalie has been working 1-2-1 with people for the last 5 years, 

co-created a retreat centre in Brazil, designed Personal Development trainings for corporates, and led sold out 

self-development workshops on Sex & Intimacy, from the city of London, to the playa of Burning Man.

 

Natalie studied BSc Business Management at the University of Birmingham, and started her career at a Consultancy firm in London. In 2020 Natalie sought to combine her love of business, with her intimacy training and co-founded a revolutionary SEXTECH start-up, which will be launched later in 2021... more exciting news to come.

 

Natalie is currently based in the UK and is working with clients online through one-to-one coaching or her embodied women's course The Becoming (Registration opening May 2021).
